No. GuestApp works directly in the browser — the guest receives a link via SMS, Email or WhatsApp and accesses everything with a single tap. No download, no account, no password.
How does it integrate with the PMS?
GuestApp is natively integrated with Pynbooking PMS. Room service orders, housekeeping requests, restaurant reservations — everything automatically reaches the guest folio and corresponding modules.
Can I customize the displayed services?
Yes. Each property configures its own GuestApp — you choose which categories to display, add products, set prices, upload photos. The guest sees only what is relevant to your property.
Does it work for restaurants without accommodation?
