Sales Director

 

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and reliable Sales Director, result-oriented, who can sell SAAS software or customized software services to companies in the HoReCa industry (B2B).

 

Additionally, we are seeking a Sales Director who has the necessary skills and experience to build their own sales team at both national and international levels.

 

At Pynbooking, we build complete software ecosystems that enable companies in the HoReCa industry to increase their revenues, automate their daily operations, and improve their guest interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Set long-term objectives and build the sales strategy.
  • Design and optimize sales processes and specific workflows.
  • Coordinate the sales team and plan daily activities.
  • Actively engage in meeting the sales target.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers in the HoReCa industry to generate new business.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Valuable and relevant experience in managing a sales team (+5 years).
  • Experience in B2B sales or marketing, especially SaaS (+3 years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in negotiation.
  • Good knowledge of marketing.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Interest in digital trends.

  • Probation period: 90-180 days.
